Flood Zone Concern for Multi-Family
I've got a few off market, smaller multifamily deals I'm working and all of them are in the flood zone. They are great buildings and cash flow well now. My one concern is the flood zone insurance and water damage risk. How concerned should an investor be by this? -The properties are along the Missouri River.
