Buying an off-market property as a real estate agent

To make a long story short (this could be it's own separate post): I'm potentially buying an adjacent property to the current BRRRR that I'm working on. This would be an off-market deal as I've been in touch with the owner simply through owning the property next to them.

My question is if there are any special considerations I need to make now that I am a licensed real estate agent.  I know for listed properties I need to disclose that I am an agent.  Do I still need to make this disclosure? Is there anything else I need to know? There is no need for my broker to be involved, right?

Thanks in advance.
