Another "TurnKey" Question.......

Hello all you real estate wizards!

Question, please: When one buys a TurnKey property, can you wrap all the financing into the loan? Or partially? Does the TK provider like to see a certain amount down? I imagine the garden variety provider would go the 20% down route, but is there such a thing as wrapping a portion of the financing into the loan? I'm wondering if there are any companies that would accept 15%, 10%, 5% down?

Thank you in advance, everyone, I greatly appreciate all thoughts and expertise.  :)
