What’s your ratio of offers to deals?
I’m finishing up the rehab on our first flip and have been pounding offers off for the last two weeks on foreclosures. We submit about 5 offers a day but haven’t landed a deal yet. What’s your typical ratio of offers to deals on foreclosures or on market deals? I currently do not have a funnel for off market deals.
