Newbie looking for some guidance and advice

I am buying my 1st property to start my real estate journey from my uncle to brrr and it needs a full renovation any contractors that anyone could send my way i would appreciate it its goin to be a good deal once finish problem is i need help from the BP community any advice would be appreciated i have went 2 seminars and read the book the millionaire real estate investor and watched plenty of YouTube videos and feel its time to get involved so i would be thankful for any help along the way
