@Mao Pmn how did your 203k process turnout can you recommend anyone that helped you in the process, lender realtor contractor anything would be helpful as I am having a hard time finding members for my team thanks in advance.

@Kristopher Lamy I had the same problem on my first property, If you haven't done so already sign up with local credit unions. Secu and Mecu both are good options for properties under 100k.

Hello bigger pockets I have been on here for a while now just looking and listening and learning soaking up all the information i possibly could. I'm am from baltimore and without bigger pockets I would have never actually jumped into real estate the way I did.I am in need of help as I have a tenant in place and I'm looking to put a mortgage on my property (first 1 by the way)and I'm in need of local lenders to contact in Baltimore if someone could PM me local lenders that could help me out also any CPA contacts would greatly appreciated.
thanks for the advice the reason I wanted to avoid all those cost is because its my grandmother's house which she brought and its been in her name since never getting a 2nd mortgage or anything on it so I no its free and clear but I understand its jus always better safe then sorry if u have any advice on how I should proceed on the quit claim deed it would be appreciated
