Looking for input from expert owners near the Cincinnati, Ohio area. This will be my first OOS purchase and I have heard the great success stories as well as the "Horror" stories (Yikes!). Searching for owners that can direct me to Property Managers that run a solid business and a tight ship In Ohio. I live in California , and desire to do this right the first time! :)
