San Francisco Commuter-Friendly Areas 450k?

Hello there,

I'm an NJ resident, but a Californian at heart. My job has an office near the Embarcadero in San Francisco, but obviously, SF is way too expensive. I am looking for a multi-family property under $450k. Would like to know of any properties in decent areas with a commute to SF or the Valley within that range. Would love to connect with any agents to help me get out there!

Thank you!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but expect slim pickings. And you’ll definitely need to compromise between:

1. War zones

2. Tiny homes

3. Seriously redefining ‘reasonable’ commute

Welcome to the Bay Area!
