Investing in Eastern CT
hello, I'm a new member with a little experience. I bought my first two family 1.5 years ago. I'm look to buy another. Mostly in the north eastern CT and central Massachusetts areas. Has anyone had experience investing in rural areas? Pros/cons? I'm bit Hesitant. I would imagine it may be difficult to find tenets. Anyone had experience with Norwich CT or Plainfield CT?
