Investing in Jacksonville and Indianapolis

I am interested in purchasing some rental properties in Jacksonville and Indianapolis, or anywhere in Florida and Indiana. I am a first-time investor and would be very interested in any real estate, property management, and contractor referrals. I plan on purchasing 1-2 homes monthly in 2018 and would love some input from seasoned investors.

@Gregory Keleshian check out Lenger Financial for Jacksonville and contact @Corey Clarkston. I live in Texas and have been very happy with their services. They know Jacksonville inside and out.
