Double close on commercial?

Hey BP family, I’m a single family wholesaler and just getting my feet wet in the commercial real estate area. I’m working on getting something under contract and wondering is it possible to use double close as an exit strategy or just assign it? Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
