Owner info on city tax site

I am looking at investing in a town here in NJ. The town obviously has tax records on properties but their records only show the tax amount not the owner's info and the last time the property sold.

How can I find the owner's info to verify who owns the property? Do I just need to email the town every time I want to verify a property?
