What is your story? My "Learning Experience"...Years ago I bought  a Bank of America foreclosure in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.

They wanted $89,000.00, I offered $60K cash, and the negotiations began. I ended up purchasing the 2+2 for $77,000.00. PITI plus two associations, the monthly came to @ $775.00 monthly. Sweet deal! Fast forward seven years, and I sold it for around $205,000.00. A few more years goes by, and I watch the property price go up to $495,000.00! Why Did I Sell That!!??!! Wish I bought half the tract! :)
