I need to find a good Performance Based Lease Option Agreement. Does anyone have one they'd be willing to share, or be able to push me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

Sub-letting a property has been around about as long as there have been leasees. Obviously some guru came up with an new strategy. I believe what you are asking about is now called a "Sandwich Lease". The original leasee sub-lets to another leasee

Now you don't want to be responsible

I can hear that presentation to the property owner:

Mr. Dumb, I'd like to lease your house and I'll get you a great tenant and put them in there. Now, after that guy that I select and qualify is in the house, I'm out of the deal and I won't be responsible for anything, but I'll be collecting a fee each month, if he fails to pay you or damages your property, you can go after him.

How does that sound Mr. Dumb, do we have a deal?

If you want to be a leasing agent, get a real estate license!

Good luck
