so I'm currently looking at a Condo and I was pre approved for an FHA Loan of 135k and the condo is 95k can I use my FHA loan to get the condo?

@Luis Angel Lopez your lender will have to check to see if the condominium is on the FHA approved list of condos. FHA has to approve each and every condo complex to be qualified for FHA lending.
