Market Correction Wizardry

It seems to me that most worried about timing the next crash or market correction don’t own any real estate or very little if they do. If you’ve owned rental real estate for 10 years or more are you worried about it? If yes, then what are the metrics that are telling you that some sort of correction is coming? I see lots of opinion and very little data. If anyone has some solid data I would like to see it!
