Your Experiences buying and renting PIGS

We've all heard it... don't buy 30,000 PIGS and expect good things to happen. I'm so addicted to the cashflows of these 3% deals that I can't stop! Has anybody found success in buying up tons of 30,000 rental properties? Does anybody have an absolute horror story to share? Here are reasons I've found NOT to do it, but for me, I love cash flow. Like really love it.

High Tenant Turnover

More Evictions

More Drama

More $ Spent in Repairs

No Appreciation
