The real estate market has been up since 2010 very steady however we see some signs of the slow down on the appreciation, so the question is when is the next crash??

If anyone knew, it wouldnt' be a secret.

2 years ago they said the market was at the top, today they say the market is at the top, 2 years from now they may say the market is at the top.

who cares, just buy good deals.
