Well, for a smart investor it will be logical to study the trends every 6 months and prepare for it. This way if and when the crash happens, your all money is not tied up nor you are belly up. I buy and sell and sell any given day but study the market every 6 months.(more the trends)

The real estate market has been up since 2010 very steady however we see some signs of the slow down on the appreciation, so the question is when is the next crash??
