Hi all , I keep wondering the future of real estate with the self driving cars and 3D printer, internet , online retailer. Self driving car: will make us able to live further away from city . And don't mind to have better place 2-3 hours away from work . 3D printer , bring the house coat down by printing the house Online retailer, what will be the future of comercial real estate ? I have a comercial property of 1000 square feet . Small size wondering what willl be future for smaller size of comercial rela estate as the big one are all shutting down Internet : there is so many job that can work from anywhere , we don't have to live in big city to find a job anymore . Of course some girls you still do. So on places with good weather or close to vacation spot will attractive a lot people who can work from anywhere. Not just unite state , any place with a stable internet will do . How do you think will it effect the future of real estate .
