Do you do your refinancing with the same lender?

I have been working to consolidate all my mortgages to 1-2 lenders. I have found that as you scale it is a lot of work to pay Lender A, then Lender B, then Lender C, then Lender D...versus just paying Lender A and B each month.

I personally have found one great lender with great rates and terms for SFHs and one great lender and terms for MFHs. I also have a great lender for HELOCs...

Just looking to the future and a project I am working on, one of these lenders wants 24 months of seasoning before they would do a refi on a fixer upper. That seems nuts to me.

So I guess what I am asking is, when you refi and get your cash back out. Do you do this with the same lender? Different lenders? Would appreciate hearing your reasons why. Obviously you can't have your cake and eat it too...but I want to get pretty close lol. I am fine having 3 different banks to do business with but not sure if I want to use more than that.
