Hi BP family....... I'm looking at a 5-unit property in upstate New York. The seller claims they are getting $3,600 annual income from the coin-op laundry. Does this seems reasonable? How can I verify the claim ? What expenses are associated with operating the coin-op laundry? Thank you for your kind advice and assistance. Peter.
