Can You Use a CAR Assignment of Agreement Addendum to Wholesale?

I have a bid in for a preforeclosure property going through a realtor.  I've already signed the papers for my offer.  Now I need to figure out a way to assign it.  Can I use C.A.R. Assignment of Agreement Addendum to assign my rights to the buyer?  I've seen the line that doesn't get me off the hook for responsibility, but once the buyer buys it, that pretty much ends my liability, right?
