Anybody bought or sold a home recently with this stuff in it. It is a rubber hose made by goodyear. Goodyear was sued and was held liable for claims from 2004-2009.

I am looking at a home (SS Flip) where this is installed as "in slab" in garage and "staple up" in the crawlspace and am concerned that I might have a hard time selling this home or passing a lenders/insurers inspections.

I am contacting a few people (insurance co, inspector and plumbing/heating co) to see what they say.

Any other recomendations?
