Start wholesaling with few cash buyers?
I'm a little aspiring wholesaler and I don't have as many cash buyers on my list as I would like yet. Should I get started looking for deals anyway?

Yes. Even if you have one cash buy you should be looking for deals. You should always be looking for more deals and more buyers. Buyers shouldn't be hard to find. Just reach out to people on BP around you who are investing currently and tell them that you have a deal you're looking to wholesale.
