Best book for New Investors

I just want to give a shout to @Brandon Turner for The Book on Rental Property Investing

If I had to recommend just one book for a new investor, this would be it.

I've read tons of books since beginning my education in the fall of 2009. So many books I've read are either just complete junk, or they have good concepts but unrealistic expectations and jump straight to huge properties. I had to piece things together from a lot of different books in order to put them together into something that works for an average investor starting out.

The Book on Rental Property Investing takes you through all aspects from start to finish for where most people are probably starting. This has probably been the most complete and best book for a new investor I have read. I just finished it (yes I still continue my education and even read books geared towards beginners). I wish this had been around when I started.

If you're a new investor looking to get started, get this book. Well done Brandon.
