Hey guys,

We have an opportunity to close on a house in Corpus Christi,0 but I'm in CT. Trying to see if anyone knows anything about the area/ market/ this house, and just seeing if anyone can let me know if it is worth our time. We tried asking the listing agent questions and he had zero feedback so just seeing if anyone has any thoughts.

Also we would possibly would look to list it with someone.
