All in or save dry powder?

I have some powder coming in from Refis taking place. 

Obviously I want to invest in more property. 

Should I put all chips in (minus reserves) if I can find cash flow deals? or should I keep dry powder and wait for the next correction and try to score large?

Looking for wisdom from seasoned investors.
