I would like to know if anyone invest and/or live in Montague, New Jersey. I plan to purchase a 2-family house as a house hack and eventually rent out the other unit. If anyone can guide me on the landlord laws and about living in Montague NJ.

Thank you.

Dana

Hi Dana Nicholson that sounds like a great plan. I haven't invested in Sussex yet but I think in that location you'll get a good turnout from people who commute into PA, plus it's a beautiful area. If you ever need to know what the rental market looks like let me know and I can send you some comps!
