I'm considering working with a turnkey company to building a residential RE portfolio with. I'm looking for input on the pros and cons of doing this. Also, if anyone can recommend a reputable company to work with or a heads up on any I should avoid. Thanks!

Turnkeys can be great! I always suggest making sure you go with a TRUE provider. The company should, own, renovate, and manage the home for you all themselves. I have heard of some companies who turn you over to a management company after the same. To me that is confusing? They just wanted to make the sale and be done with you.
