Rental for cash flow. Long term hold. Opinion please
Hi. So I'm still trying to get better at running numbers. Here is the property I'm looking at
It's a 3/2 build in 1965. Asking 89k
Taxes will be about $900, no HoA. I'm guessing rent will be 1200-1300. Notuch equity appreciation. The house sold for 80k in 2004. Based on my estimates with 20% down. I should be getting about $300 monthly in profit
Would this be a good investment. Even though there seems little appreciation. ?
