Hello! I have a question for all my Investors familiar with the Cleveland area. Do you think or know if Maple Hts is a good area to invest in?

To be honest that is a difficult area to get a decent ROI. It varies street by street, but most streets are just not good. The rents are very low and finding a tenant who will stay for the length of the lease can be difficult. On paper, investors look into Maple because of the price of the homes, but I always say there is probably a reason they are so low. Unless this is just some golden egg, I would suggest looking into other suburbs.
