Should I sell to expand

Hey folks, I am new to this sight and am looking for some ideas. I currently own 14 sfh with a value of around 1.4. I am wanting to grow into large multi family at some time. Would it be best to sell and put that down on a multi or just keep grinding out these sfh's. Any ideas would be appreciated

Yes multi is something that I have been interested in for a while now. As far as the loans I've never had a problem from my local bank. I started off paying my first one off before buying the next. My wife and I have lived way below our means for the last 15 years and stayed out of debt except for a rental loan here an there
