What are some of the most effective marketing tools to begin with when starting out trying to find motivated sellers? Specifically when you don't have thousands of dollars to put into your marketing.

FSBO, Craigslist, Back Page are also good ways to generate leads with a small budget.

I would recommend driving for dollars for sure.
