What are some of the most effective marketing tools to begin with when starting out trying to find motivated sellers? Specifically when you don't have thousands of dollars to put into your marketing.

Yes I am looking to invest in the market right now, currently I am looking for motivated sellers who need cash for their properties in order to wholesale them to a back end cash buyer, usually a rehabber or a landlord. I'm in the Pittsburg/Antioch area right now but plan on investing all over the bay area, how is the market here? I'm new to the game, lets connect.
