Can a realtor find out how much a contingency contract is for?

I am getting ready to list a property for sale. There is another house in the same subdivision that currently has a contingency contract on it. Is a realtor able to find out how much the contract is for? Normally I'd just wait until it was updated it on the tax assessor site, and find out that way, but it seems to take at least 2 months and I'd like to find out before I list this house.
