Security deposit question

Hello! We are under contract on a four-plex which is fully occupied. The leases mention a security deposit by all tenants. However, on the tenant estoppel certificates, only one of the tenants mentioned that they have a security deposit and it is in the amount higher than the lease mentions. The rest of the tenants say that they did not put any security deposit. Can we request a security deposit from the other tenants since it mentions in the lease that they are required to pay a security deposit and how do we reconcile the difference in the amount paid by one tenant? Thank you in advance!
