Dummy proofing my rental
Do any of you have strategies for 'Dummy Proofing' your rental property?
I heard a podcast where one owner wouldn't install any ceiling fans, which I understand, but isn't ideal for my property.
What else can you do?
Fixtures with bulbs facing down?
Formica countertops instead of tile?
Any ideas?
