How to screen a real estate agent from out of state
Hello All I have done a search on how to screen a real estate agent from out of state but I was not able to yield any satisfactory results to this question. Is looking at there credentials the only thing sufficient for what you need as a investor looking to buy a property? Also, I'm not sure if there are people here that buy multiple properties out of state with different agents or if they use the same one for all of them... If you decided to switch I'm curious to know why?
Thank you
