Selling my investment property in Denver area

Hi All, we are thinking about selling our rental property in Highlands Ranch, CO (in Spaces community) if our current tenant decides not to renew her lease in Sept. I would like to sell it off market and avoid paying realtor's commissions. Any suggestions for local forums where I can find a buyer (besides posting on Zillow and Nextdoor Neighbor)? Any help is appreciated!

@Inna Hurin if you become a pro or plus member you can post it here. Also once you get ready, I would suggest you contact the local real estate company offices and tell them you are FSBOing and if they have a buyer they can bring you and offer. Be sure to let them know to include any owed by you in the offer. The reality is that agents are the gate keepers of must buyers. If you post here with a good price, you will get lots offers from cash buyers with a fast close.
