Just wondering about evaluating deals
I am constantly looking at SFR Investiments property online. Sometimes the property is staged. Sometimes the property is empty. Sometimes the property is obviously still occupied. Has anyone correlated the status of the property with the motivation of the seller? Are turnkey sellers more motivated to negotiate price then a seller that still occupies the properties? Or does it matter?
