Tenants home during a viewing- questions to ask them
I am viewing a triplex tomorrow in hopes to add another property to my portfolio. The property is fully rented and tenants may be present during the viewing.
I would like to take advantage of this opportunity to get as many questions answered about the property as possible, as well as get a feel for what type of tenants I may be inheriting.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to go about getting the most info from tenants, without going overboard.
Thanks
