I'm looking to buy a 3-4 unit MFR somewhere in NJ. Maximum $500k. My goal is to maximize cash flow. What areas should I consider?

Hi @JoshSolomon,

Welcome to BP!

I have been working with many clients the past 12 Months and there focus has been the following in New Jersey.

* Follow all the  NJ Transit Stops (Express Stops More Concentrated)

* Neighborhoods and Schools are impacted by the transit stops

* See how you qualify by FHA and Freddie Home Possible

Let me know if there are any questions.

Regards,
