What are you paying to have tile installed?

What is everyone paying per square foot to have porcelain tile installed (not counting price of materials)? Anyone located around northern NJ or another high priced market who can shed some light? I am talking on bathroom floors, shower walls/ ceilings/ floor and kitchen backsplash. Just want to keep my guy honest and pay him a fair reasonable amount for labor (price per sq foot). Love to hear from some of you. Thanks!
