I have a question about evaluating neighborhoods??
Does anybody know how to evaluate neighborhoods that are not in your area?

I am in LA too and invest only out of state. I look at the jobs, major employers, population, owner occupancy rates, crime. There are many things to look at.
Where are you looking to invest?
