I'm a new agent and I'm trying to find a broker. The Broker I like most so far, is with EXP... he wants a 50/50 split when he supplies the lead, and 70/30 when I find the lead, plus $8k a year Cap when I'm on a team, and $16k a year when I'm solo. What are your thoughts?

Is it possible as a first time buyer to buy an income property at a “first time buyer” rate, the buy the 2nd property with an FHA loan for a property I would live in?

Hi Tyler, I’m new to this game, can you simplify your answer a little?

I am looking to purchase multi family rentals out of state, and when I analyze a property, I’m never quite sure what costs are for water, trash, Gardner’s insurance etc... is there an average cost in the nation, or is every area different? Is there an amount I could include that just covers those expenses, and if it turns out to be less I’m still covered? Thank you so much!!! JC

I am looking to purchase multi family rentals out of state but it seems like the sources I use at the moment, Zillow, Realtor.com etc... don’t list multi family structures. Am I missing something or is there another source??? Thank you so much!!! JC
