Rental Property Insurance in Memphis

I have used Shelter Insurance for the last year or so on my rental properties in Memphis, TN.  I have recently received an offer from Lipscomb Pitts Insurance and the rates seem to be a fair amount more competitive and the cover similar.  If anyone has any experience with this company, good or bad, and is willing to share it, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Dan Foster

Hi, @Daniel Foster.

I have used Lipscomb Pitts on a couple of personal insurance policies for about 10 years.  They've been great!  I also know their rental property specialist pretty well and think highly of him.  My guess is that they would be a good fit for most investors who meet their criteria.
