D4D's Address's/Hour when driving
I have been driving for dollars in the lower end rental areas in Dallas and seem to write down about 20 address in an hour of driving. What is everyone else's address/hour rate? What if you were in a nicer flip neighborhood?
Just want to get a sense of everyone else's experience. I am about to hire someone to drive for me and would like him driving in the nicer neighborhoods looking for flips but I also dont want him coming back with 2 houses after 3 hours of driving.
