Can't keep track of remote staff (recs needed)!

Hey BP folks.  I have several remote staff working for me and I'm having a hard time keeping track of what tasks I've assigned to each of them and then monitoring them to make sure they are done when required.  If any one has any online web/app suggestions, I'd love to hear them!

(I don't need tracking software or time management software.  I know they are doing the work.  I just need to be a better manager and not go crazy wondering who is doing what and what I've said to do! :)
