SFR in Phoenix for about $100,000
Hello,
I see many SFR that are three bedrooms and one bathroon in Phoenix metro, listed on Trulia.com, for about $100k. When I contacted an agent in Phoenix and asked her if I could get such a house in an area with good schools and a good neighborhood for that price, she said no, that I would have to spend $200k. When I say good neighborhood, I mean one that doesn't have a high crime rate and is a decent area to live. I don't need the Beverly Hills of Phoenix, rather a safe place that a normal a normal, college educated middle class person would feel comfortable living.
